I've got two scripts I regularly use  and both work OK in QXP5 under
Classic. One (debugged for work in 5 with help from this list)
changes the font of numbers to the expert version of the font. The
other links text boxes on every page into a single story to use for
footnotes. The former needed rewriting to work in 5. the latter
worked unchanged.
