Jack's posted reminded me of another Wisconsin resource that focuses on assessment  
and incorporates class videos similar to what Jack is describing. http://www.ecb.org/worldlanguageassessment/

Of course for assessment there is also the CARLA Virtual Assessment Center:  http://www.carla.umn.edu/assessment/VAC/index.html
