Full time position in Spanish or French to begin in fall 2005.  Ph.D. or ABD.
Responsibility for directing a multimedia language laboratory to support faculty
and students using technology for teaching and learning, and teaching 3 courses
in language at all levels.  Specialization in Second-language acquisition
preferred.  Possibility of renewal.  A strong commitment to undergraduate
education in a liberal arts environment is essential.  Please send a letter of
application, 3 letters of recommendation, a curriculum vitae and transcripts to
Professor Aouicha Hilliard, Chair, Department of Romance Languages,
Randolph-Macon College, P.O. Box 5005, Ashland, VA 23005.  Screening will begin
