Although I haven't had a chance to read it yet, I noticed recently that you
can get the .pdf file of an interesting hanbook from EUROCALL's website
(http://www.hull.ac.uk/cti/eurocall.htm):
CALL Courseware Development: A Handbook (Edited by Françoise Blin, Nicole
Chénik and June Thompson)
