SOCALLT 2003 CALL FOR PARTICIPATION

All is WELL: New Modalities of Web-Enhanced Language Learning

THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT ARLINGTON
Friday and Saturday, March 7 & 8, 2003

The South Central Association for Language Learning Technology 
invites SOCALLT/IALLT members and other interested professionals to 
participate in our next annual meeting. Proposals should address 
issues and innovations in technology-enhanced language instruction, 
particularly in regard to Web-based instruction.

Topics can include but are not limited to Web-based instructional 
issues such as:
$B7 pedagogical programs and techniques
$B7 course management programs involving testing, homework submission, 
teacher-student communication, etc.
$B7 streamed audio and video distribution
$B7 distribution of materials for less commonly taught languages
$B7 distance learning
$B7 student-centered learning
$B7 cultural communication.

Proposals for individual or joint presentations, demonstrations, and 
panel discussions can be submitted via our online form at:

Deadline for proposals: January 22, 2003

SOCALLT is a registered affiliate of IALLT, comprising the six-state 
region of Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and 
Texas.
