Medical Spanish Virtual Conversation software (PC) simulates a consultation with a (video) patient. There is a teacher/doctor mentor to model pronunciation of the interview questions. Voice recognition component. The learner choses the next appropriate question from subset.

More info: http://www.idrama.com/MedSpan.htm

We purchased one copy and haven't gotten around to fully testing out the voice recognition feedback so we haven't used with a course.
