I installed it b ut get an error about a network stack failed to load, how
do I run it in 32 bit?

Still on 32-bit.

We tried in on 64 bit, but ....problems.

Filemaker is still an 32 bit application and will only run on 64-bit
machines in a 32-bit compatibility mode. 
Because it is a 32-bit application, it will not take advantage of 64-bit
benefits, hence we pushed it back to 32.

To answer your question James, in dual....

Yes it runs on 64 bit but in 32 bit compatibility.....
