Hello Don,

Just catching up on my lists from the festive period.

The error -2095 is a QuickTime error of qtmlUninitialized. I don't
know what else that means unfortunately but it's somewhere to start
looking.

Troi have an errors database on their Web site that you can download
with all these errors, that's how I looked up the error.
