I'm trying to help someone running Lasso 9 and FileMaker 13 

the result of

looks like this

http://www.asktami.com/xmlBad.png

instead of something like this

http://www.asktami.com/xmlGood.png


Any ideas on why this is happening?

I'm having them create a brand new FM db as a test and run FMPXMLRESULT.xml url against it to see if its something about their database or if its something about their FMS13 install.
