I'm not sure any hosting providers have settled on hosting plans yet, in large part due to the licensing. There's no way (currently) to allocate a WebDirect license to a specific group of files, so you end up having the connections pooled across all files. Your best bet might be to look for a colo arrangement or other situation where you have dedicated hardware for your files.
