If your found set was sorted the same as your portal, it would be as easy as "Go to Portal Row (Get (Record Number))".  (You'll want to turn off the "snap portal back when leaving" setting. )



But to arbitrarily find the portal row number of the current record, you could list id fields through the same relationship the portal is using, then find the offset of your current id in that list. Should already be a custom function for that, but it doesn't seem to hard.
