Thanks, Corn! I had been attracted to mail.it at one point because it
supported both sending and receiving, but the others may now have that
feature as well.

I would look at the plug-in portfolio they each offer, get a sense of the developers themselves (i.e. how helpful and communicative are they), and choose the vendor and plug-in that is most compelling for your needs.
