Hey everyone!

World Outlook is hosting a dinner discussion with Professor Coggins:

Thursday night
6:30 p.m.
Haldeman 125.

Professor Coggins, who specializes in secession and international security issues,  
will be discussing her expertise in those areas. She will also be discussing Uighur  
autonomy in the Western Autonomous Region of China and the legitimacy of the Arab  
Spring.
