Midterms got you down? Longing to go out and play catch on the green but cooped up on FFB instead?

Come to "Reading Texts, Time Management & Notetaking," the second workshop of the "Success Strategies for Sophomores" series presented by the Academic Skills Center! Like each of these workshops, the first half will be focused on SPEED READING practice and tips, and the second will explore a particular area of academic success.

To learn more about the series and future workshops, please visit our website at www.dartmouth.edu/~acskills.

Time Management & Note-taking: Sophomore Summer can be a busy time as students try to balance coursework with summer activities and internship searches. Such activities, combined with beautiful summer weather, can also make it difficult to concentrate and take effective notes in class. This workshop will help you with your short- and long-term planning as well as your in-class notetaking so that you have a successful term and start off junior year on the right foot.
