WHAT DO WE MEAN BY PROJECTS FOR PEACE?
We leave it up to you to define what a "project for peace" might be.
Creativity, entrepreneurship, and innovation are encouraged. Projects can take
place anywhere in the world (including the US).

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Groups of students from the same campus, as well as individual students, may
submit proposals.

HOW DO I SUBMIT A PROPOSAL?
Prepare a written statement describing the project (who, what, where, how)
including expected outcomes and prospects for future impact (not to exceed __2
pages__) as well as a budget (1 separate page). Proposals should include
pre-approval of all involved parties and organizations involved in the project.
Submit all materials electronically via blitz to: DICKEY STUDENT PROGRAMS by
midnight
January, 23rd, 2011.

HOW WILL THE 100 GRANTS BE AWARDED?
At least one project from each eligible campus will be funded. The selection
committee at Dartmouth will select one proposal for funding and one alternate
proposal to submit to the Davis Projects for Peace office. Final decisions on
all grants are made by the Davis UWC Scholars Program. Final decisions on
winning proposals will be made by March 11th.
