Students For Africa works to represent and be the face of Africa on the Dartmouth
campus. Our main goal is to raise awareness about the issues affecting Africa
as well as working towards solving these issues of social justice and development.
We use awareness campaigns, fundraising events, dinners and discussions to achieve
our main goal.
We are also concerned with the culture of these regions. SFA has a social component
that is used to
- Raise awareness and funds
- Promote recruitment/membership
- Showcase culture
SFA is currently the only organization representing Africa on this campus. It
follows that we have the responsibility to paint Africa in all her lights, socially,
politically, and culturally.
