All papers may be edited for content, clarity, or length. All work must be original,  
with accurate citations where appropriate. World Outlook prefers papers to be  
between 1,500 and 8,000 words (12-30 pages) but will consider submissions of different  
lengths if they are of exceptional quality. All works should be accompanied by  
a title, and authors of all works accepted for publication must submit an abstract  
summarizing the content of the paper in one hundred words or less. Once submitted,  
all papers become the property of World Outlook.
