If you're looking to meet a new group of people and play a fun, challenging, intellectually stimulating game, you should join the Dartmouth quizbowl team!

Quizbowl tests your knowledge of academic topics like science, literature, history and the arts through questions that reward deep understanding of a given area. No matter what you study or want to learn about, quizbowl is a fun way to increase your knowledge, impress potential romantic interests and humiliate your rivals.

The Dartmouth team holds open practices 7-10 PM Monday-Thursday, typically in Sarner Underground on Mondays and Thornton 107 on other days. Anyone can show up at any time, and new players are always welcome. Your level of commitment to the team is completely up to you. It's fine to come to every practice or only one a week or only a few a term if you're busy.

Each term, we travel to many other colleges to compete in tournaments. Like practices, tournaments are completely open to all players regardless of experience level. Our A team is currently ranked in the top 20 teams nationwide.
