Corporation and as an adviser to venture capital firm Harbor Light Capital Partners.  
Mr. Miller spent a 27 year career at MARKEM, a leading provider of product identification  
solutions, and as President he managed the sale of the company to Dover Corporation.  
He is a graduate of both Dartmouth College and Harvard Business School.
