24 hours in advance* AND THEN email that tutor to confirm your appointment.  (NOTE:  
If you select "no preference" of tutor, you may not be helped, so please choose

Our summer hours are as follows:
Sunday, 4pm-9pm;
Monday, 11am-1pm, 4pm-6pm and 7pm-9pm;
Tuesday, 4pm-6pm and 7pm-9pm;
Wednesday, 11am-1pm and 5pm-9pm; and
Thursday, 2pm-6pm and 7pm-10pm.
