alternative that ultimately allows us to achieve the same goals?

Given the severity of structural inequalities in communities
globally, what keeps you motivated to serve?

Are there misguided motivations to serve, or is the act of
serving always good enough, regardless of motivation?

The Student Initiative on Global Engagement (SIGE) is
supported by the Office of the President through the Milton
Sims Kramer '54 Memorial Prize, the Tucker Foundation, and
the Dickey Center. SIGE seeks to bring together students
passionate about challenging global socioeconomic inequality
in order to improve the ethics and efficacy of student
service, research, internships, and study in under-served
communities globally. The Initiative hosts focused 
discussions, provides peer-to-peer advising, and produces
free resources on global engagement.
