Get excited for Earth Week and Earth Day Events!

Learn how TOGETHER we can make Dartmouth a greener place!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

~*DARTMOUTH'S ZERO WASTE CHALLENGE*~

When? April 18-22

How little waste can you generate in 3 days?

In 2009, Dartmouth generated 3,175.89 tons of solid waste. Of that waste, Dartmouth
was able to divert 26% from the landfill. Help Dartmouth increase its recycling
rate! Decrease your own carbon footprint!

We are doing the ZERO WASTE Challenge as a part of Earth Week to raise campus
awareness around Dartmouth's recycling and composting initiatives. In addition,
we hope the ZERO WASTE Challenge helps us to examine our own behavior when it
comes to recycling and composting. We encourage all to participate.

TOGETHER we can make Dartmouth a GREENER place!

Blitz "sustain" with questions.
