For its silver jubilee edition, Mouth is putting together #25: BIG BROTHER. Give us a dozen reasons why Orwell was right, explore your voyeuristic tendencies, write about the prison-industrial complex, or, better yet, take after Bentham and diagram your frat basement as a panopticon!
