The growing season starts this Saturday and we need YOU to help kick it off at
our termly FARM EVENT!!

Saturday, February 25
3-8 pm

Rides leave behind Robo at the following times and return at the same:

At 3 pm -- Pitch in to prepare the solar greenhouse for planting. We'll be making
the fish tanks spiffy, pulling the last of the weeds, and spreading compost to
nourish this summer's tomatoes. While we're at it, we'll learn about greenhouse
energy and nutrient cycling through the fish, worms, and plants. The Dartmouth
Organic Farm is a student farm, and a great crop in July depends on student efforts
in February!

At 4:30 pm -- Catch the last of the adventuring in the solar greenhouse, trek
up to the sugar shack, wander through the woods, spend some time in the kitchen
preparing your tasty contribution to the potluck, and take in the awesome sound
of City of Tomorrow.

At 6 pm -- Potluck time!! Everybody brings a dish to share, and everybody tries
something new! No shame in picking up a loaf of bread from King Arthur or some
hummus from Topside if you're out of time to cook. Oh, and by the way, RECKLESS
BREAKFAST is playing until 8 pm!!!

Let's shake this crummy winter and welcome a lovely spring!
