Dartmouth CoderDojo - a new, innovate community service project formed in collaboration  
with the Tucker Foundation and the Computer Science Department dedicated to inspiring  
and educating youth in the wonder and possibility of computer programming and  
the digital arts.

The Dartmouth Inter-faith Living and Learning Community (IFLLC) seeks to bring  
students from a diversity of religious and moral traditions, ranging from the  
breadth of the world's religious traditions to agnostics, seekers, humanists and  
the "spiritual but not religious."  The group will make a commitment to the  
experience of living together and learning from one another.  There will be  
many informal opportunities for conversation, participation and listening as well  
as weekly structured discussion

Passover and Easter Events
 
Dartmouth Hillel is hosting a Passover Seder on Friday, April 6, at 6:45 pm (RSVP  
requested to Claudia Palmer). The Ecumenical Christian Chapel Service is hosting  
two services on Easter Sunday, April 8: at sunrise on the Green and at 5 pm in  
Rollins Chapel. All are welcome.

Easter Singers Wanted.

Love music? Community?

The Rollins Chapel Choir  is a great low-commitment opportunity to get together  
and work on choral (mostly simple a cappella) music to sing at the weekly 5:00  
Sunday service at Rollins. Service ends at 5:30. Open to any Dartmouth students,  
faculty, and the Upper Valley community. Bring your friends!

Rehearsals are weekly just prior to the service, and we sing every other week.

*We are currently seeking singers to perform at the evening Easter Service on  
Sunday April 8th*

Please Blitz the Tucker Music Intern to join- no audition required as long as  
the weekly commitment can be made!

It's VOLUNTEER TUTOR SEASON!!!  Sign up to help a Hanover Student in need!

Volunteer tutors have been requested for students at Hanover High School.  The  
school is within walking distance of campus.
Volunteers normally meet with students once per week for about an hour.
For safety and liability reasons tutoring sessions need to take place at the high  
school.
 
Please contact Debby Cromwell, School Volunteer Coordinator for Hanover schools,  
by email ([log in to unmask]) for  more information or if you can  
help with any of the following.
 
1.  A 10th grader has asked for help in Honors Bio.  His teacher wrote that  
it would be good for the tutor to have completed AP biology in high school and  
possibly intro biology at Dartmouth.  This student is available after school:
Mon, Tue, Thu or Fri from 3-4 or on Wed from 2-3.
 
2.  Another 10th grader needs help with Algebra 2, regular biology and Spanish  
3.  We're probably looking for 2 tutors, one to help with math and science;  
one to help with Spanish.
He is available Mon, Tue, Thu or Fri 11;20-12:10 or on Wed from 10:30-11:15.
 
3.  Yet another 10th grader is looking for help with Algebra I.  He's available  
Mon, Tue, Thu or Fri from 8:55AM-9:35, also from 1:10PM-2. On Wed his free periods  
are 8:50AM-9:35, or 12;25-1:10.
 
4.  An 11th grader has asked for help with calculus.  Her free days/times:
Mon, Tue, Thu Fri 12:15PM-1:05 or 1:10PM-2. On Wed she's available for tutoring
11:35AM-12:20 or 12:25PM-1:10.
 
5.  One more 10th grader - needs  help with regular biology.  She's free  
to meet for tutoring:
Mon, Tue, Thu or Fri 1:10PM-2 or on Wed 12:25PM-1:10.

Like Old Buildings?  VOLUNTEER SATURDAY, April 14th

"Do you like old buildings? Restoring old buildings? Painting? Woodworking? Yard  
work? Then volunteer Saturday, April 14 to paint the Grafton Pines Schoolhouse  
in scenic Grafton, NH.
 
Volunteers will be needed from 8AM to 6PM(Shifts may be a potential idea if there  
is enough interest/transportation).
 
Lunch will be provided by the ladies of the Grafton historical society (you don't  
want to miss this).

TUCKER FELLOWSHIP AND DPCS FUNDING APPLICATIONS DUE APRIL 25TH

Tucker Fellowships & DPCS Internships Funding Deadline: April 25th (for summer  
funding)!
Start planning NOW for off-term service opportunities this summer! Tucker Fellowships  
& DPCS Internships provide students with meaningful ways to engage with non-profits  
across the U.S. and around the world during their off-term. Up to $4,000 in funding  
is available to support students working to directly serve under-resourced communities.
