The Student and Presidential Committee on Sexual Assault (SPCSA) was founded in  
the spring of 2010. We are a committee of students and administrators under the  
Dean of the College and President of the College that focuses of facilitating  
communication around the issue of sexual assault at Dartmouth. Please see our
