Other than the cozy environment, hot drinks and refreshments, SEEDS and ONE Wheelock
will bring you William Kamkwamba, the Boy Who Harnessed the Wind!

William is the protagnoist of the book "The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind". A native
of Malawi, William built a windmill from scrap metals, which soon started to power
the engire village. He is now a Dartmouth student studying engineering.

Come to learn about William's story, his windmill project and be inspired by a
Dartmouth peer who embarked on a most daring social enterprise initiative that
changed the lives of those most in need.

To learn more about William, please check out the website: http://williamkamkwamba.typepad.com/williamkamkwamba/2009/04/my-book-the-boy-who-harnessed-the-wind.html
